The Booking Process
STEP 1: Pre-shoot Consultation
Phone or Zoom 1 hour meeting that helps me asses exactly what images you would like from the shoot and allows you to ask any questions that you might have. I will have you choose from a few different styles of images and go over your tastes and style preferences and get to know one another a bit. We will choose the photo shoot date, review the shoot agreement, and I will forward you the hold-harmless contract along with the deposit information.
STEP 2: Welcome Packet
Once your deposit is paid, I will send you your welcome packet. These packets contain get ready tips, product lists and samples of print paper options. I have a variety of get ready tips and tricks on my blog to help you have the best photo shoot experience possible, which I will send to you as a link in an email. Depending on the type of shoot I will also hand select and send you a copy of the best fit article for you.
STEP 3: Photo Shoot Day
We have FUN - remember just relax and be natural, I will get all the shots we need!
STEP 4: Post-shoot Image Reveal & Product Ordering Session
Phone or Zoom meeting - I will send you a link to access your online gallery and we will go through the images together. We will go over all the photographic products I offer and determine what will best suit your needs. This is when we will place your order of photographic products. I will then email you the web resolution digital copies of all the purchased images. These are web resolution images (great for use on social media) and not indented for print purposes or advertising use.
STEP 5: ENJOY YOUR IMAGES!
